No Hassle Exchanges:
You can 6TH Gear purchase within 15 days for an exchange. In order to qualify you must have the item’s receipt and the product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be intact and included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, your refund will be made in the form of store credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Return process:
You can request a return authorization number (RA#) by contacting one of our team members at (770) 745-7565 during normal business hours or by contacting us through our customer service page. Be sure to have you order number available and once approved, follow these instructions:
Once you receive your Return Authorization email, please print the included form. You have 30 days from the day the RA is issued to return your merchandise so please be sure to print and ship at your earliest convenience. Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original shipping container.

Be sure to retain your return tracking information once you drop box at USPS, Fedex or UPS. 6TH Gear is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from 6TH Gear when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.
Please Note
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. However, we will pick up the tab for shipping your new gear back to you.

Show/Event Purchases:
All sales are final. Absolutely “No” return will be accepted. Purchase made Face to Face and ordered or picked up at the time of your presence. In very few cases we accept returns but 25% re-stock fee will be charged as well as shipping and convenient fee add up. Without exception.

Defects in manufacturing. Once you receive your order and you find defective. please notify within 7 days of receipt. If you unable to notify on mentioned time frame then 6th Gear will not be responsible for any defect. DO NOT RETURN merchandise without prior approval. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a return authorization or merchandise will be refused and returned to customer. Return must be sent “prepaid” by the least expensive way.

How do I return/Exchange my Item (Mail or online orders ONLY)?
Very simple. Call our Customer service at (770) 745-7565 and get return authorization number. once you get RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER send the item to the following address with clear note inside the box with the item. Exchanges do not require any “re-stocking” and can be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. shipping fee may apply.
